Join my free meditation events - we meet twice a month

 

When it comes to living well there is no one path, tool, or practice that offers “the answer.” At the same time, a growing body of research shows that meditation and contemplative practices can be powerful catalysts for cultivating greater clarity, resilience, balance, calm, compassion, and fulfillment in our lives. Additionally, many of these practices have been shown to improve health and wellbeing across a variety of measures. 

Twice a month I will be offering a free online meditation event that will include guided practices, a talk, and dedicated time for discussion. If you’ve never meditated before, you’ve been meditating for years, or your experience falls somewhere in between - everyone is welcome. 

I will call upon my training in mindfulness, compassion, positive psychology, and my experiences as a professional coach and host of the Courageous Life Podcast to inform the practices, tools, stories, and research shared during our time together which will center around the theme of living well.
