Overview:
Due to our brain's negativity bias — we've evolved to learn quickly from bad experiences, and slowly from good ones. This leaves us feeling more stressed, anxious, lonely, irritated, and inadequate than we need to be.
The good news is that we can change this with practice.
Join me on a 6-week journey in Positive Neuroplasticity to override the brain's negative tendencies and tap the hidden potential of everyday experiences. Based upon the original work of Dr. Rick Hanson, you'll learn tools and practices that help you to build new neural structures that promote joy, confidence, motivation, and inner peace.

When: Begins Saturday March 9th, 2024 at 8am PT
Length: 6 weeks.
Time: Class meets once per week on Thursdays and includes two Saturday sessions (March 9th from 8am-11am PT, and April 20th from 8am-11am PT).

The Essence of Positive Neuroplasticity
